Offering ” A window on Fife’s past”, The Fife Folk Museum celebrates the social, domestic and working lives of the people in Fife. The Museum is housed in beautiful listed buildings in the heart of the historic village of Ceres.
Fife Folk Museum is a free and welcoming museum that tells the story of people in Fife. It is family friendly with an excellent coffee shop.

From the 13th December we will be open from 10.30 am to 3pm Wednesday to Sunday. (open till 4pm at weekends)

The Coffee Shop will be open Wednesday to Sunday 10.30 am till 3.00 pm (4pm at weekends). The Coffee Shop is dog friendly and hope to see our regular four footed friends and of course their owners.

***Urgent, Volunteers Needed***
We are urgently in need of more volunteers to help out with the running of the museum, to ensure we maintain the opening hours we offer.
If you have a few hours of your time to spare and would like to give your valuable skills to your local community then contact us.
We especially require people to “meet and greet” visitors at reception.
