The Fife Folk Museum Trust is a charity registered in Scotland. The Members of the Fife Folk Museum Trust support the Museum with fund-raising initiatives and voluntary work and by spreading awareness of the museum . Entitled to free admission to the Museum and 10% discount in the museum gift shop on production of the Membership card, Members also receive a quarterly newsletter.
The Museum collections are rich and varied and the participation of the Members is warmly welcomed. Members are encouraged to become involved in any aspects of the collections which particularly interest them and to offer any specialist skills and advice of their own. Assistance with fund-raising events is invaluable; manning stalls, baking, jam-making and even doing sponsored activities to raise awareness are all helpful in ensuring the sound future of the museum.
By becoming a Member you will become part of an enthusiastic and pro-active organisation that wants to preserve the history and memory of Fife's past through its charming museum. In 2008 the museum was recognised as one of the top ten in Scotland. We want this acknowledgment to continue into the future with your help!
